Since 1986, Bob Danis has been practicing law primarily in the area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in both Missouri and Illinois. His practice has focused primarily on the defense of automobile personal injury, commercial general liability, premises liability, Workers Compensation defense, wrongful death and defective product litigation. He also brings to the table a significant background in insurance claims handling procedures and corporate claims-legal office management, making him uniquely familiar with the issues and pressures facing claims professionals in successfully resolving matters.
In addition, he is currently serving as a Volunteer Mediator at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, giving him valuable experience in general employment issues, ADA compliance, ADEA claims and general claims of discriminatory practices under the Missouri Human Rights Act. During the course of his practice, Bob has participated in numerous mediations as a negotiator on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
